    Hey guys,

    I haven’t updated X in a while since the last few times I did (back in early 2016), the template broke a few times and took a while to get back to normal. Somehow during the course of 2016, the top bar disappeared, possibly during an automatic WP update.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! Can you confirm that you have the Topbar enable on Customizer > Header. If so, please provide us login credentials (wp-admin and FTP) in private reply so we can take a closer look.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the information provided. There are few issues on your site. Your X theme is outdated and you’re still using X shortcodes plugin in the site.

    Update your X theme, delete X shortcodes plugin and then delete the older version of Cornerstone plugin as well on your site. Then head over to X Addons section to install the latest version of Cornerstone plugin automatically.

    You can check the latest version numbers from here (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/). Once you update everything, make sure to clear your cache before testing your site again.
