Hey there!

I want to have a tooltip on my page which contains an image while hovering over it plus when you click on the image it will redirect you to a website – is it possible? If yes, what do i have to paste in?

Hi Rupok,
ok that’s the half way.

What i want is:
A word that is linked to a website + when i hover over that word a picture will be shown.
OR
When i hover over a word a picture will be shown and when i click on it it redirects me to a website.

How can i solve this?
I know it’s possible, but i am not good in coding, already trying for hours..

Hi Daniel,

You can use the popover to an anchor and use image within popover. What you are actually facing to achieve this? It should be pretty straightforward if you follow the example.

Hi Rupok,

i’m trying to do this:
[extra href=”http://www.graefenthal.de/” info=”popover” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover”
info_content=”“] Gräfenthal [/extra]

If you hover over the word of the city “Gräfenthal” an image will appear, the next step will be a link.
So when you click on Gräfenthal or the picture it will lead to the website of http://www.graefenthal.de/.
But now i can’t get the picture visible.

Do you know how to figure out?

Hi there,

It’s not possible with shortcode and tooltip alone. It’s a single image and you wish to add tooltip on each map city. Then you also intended to display image of that city in the popup. This requires complex customization including image mapping, you may contact a developer familiar with this kind of development.
