Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! There is no timeline shortcode within X. If I understand you correctly you are wanting the lines in the background where the circle images animate in? Is this correct? These are just images. The lines in the background are also images set as a background.

The easiest way to achieve this is to load the demo content. However, if you have already done much work on your site I would recommend backing up you site first as importing demo content will overwrite you customizer settings.

Thanks for writing in!

For the timeline, we are using background image to each of the content band. You can simply upload these images to your own website and use it as your content band’s background image:

Right line: http://theme.co/media/x-home-5-bg-timeline-gray-right-comp.png
Left line: http://theme.co/media/x-home-5-bg-timeline-gray-left-comp.png

Hi there,

To remove background pattern, add a temporary background pattern under Customize -> Layout and design and save customizer, next you can remove it or replace it with new background image/pattern.

To remove bullet, click on pencil icon to edit content band then scroll down to find and delete background image.
