    Hello,

    I have purchased a licence of X-Theme last year for a web site, now i want to assign this licence to another web site.

    I have revoked the licence from the first web site in order to assign it to the second one but i keep get this: This X license is ​not validated​. Fix. And this prevent me from use the X-theme functionalities.

    In your FAQ i have read that it is possible to revoke a licence and assign it to another web site, so can you confirm me this? Can you tell me what i’m doing wrong?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! You can basically revoke your API key and regenerate another API. Would you mind providing us with more information to check this issue? You can make a post with the following info:

    – Your API key
    – Domain

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
