Google Map API were change by Google and now it is requiring API keys. To properly get your own Google API key, please check out this video:

You have to add it to API input field of your added google map element. You can find it when inspecting your google map element in cornerstone along with other options like coordinates (LAT, LONG).
And also, if you have Ubermenu, make sure to disable Load Google Maps API option from Admin > Appearance > Ubermenu > General Settings > Assets.
