    Hi I would love some help.
    I just bought X theme. I go on X-addons, and click on the Demo. I can only see Expanded Demo and Standard Demo, but there is no content in there. Did I install it wrong? or did I have to download demos somewhere?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi There,

    I saw an error on the console. See attached screenshot. Since this is new with no other plugins yet, please try reinstalling the theme.

    I’m not sure why. I tried to download through my wordpress, but it got the err_empty_response. So I used FileZilla to send the file in the theme directory. I reinstalled 2 or 3 times already yesterday but it didn’t fix the problem.

    Hi There,

    When I checked again, TheNotes Lite is now active.
    Other reason might be your site cannot contact themeco server where the demo is.
    Can you try activating X theme again, then install Debug Bar plugin and Debug Bar Remote Requests so we can confirm the request to our server is working?

    I’m not sure how to install those. I just looked it up and install Debug Bar plugin, how do I get Debug bar remote requests?

    I get an Internal Server Error when going to your admin page. This tells us that there’s something wrong with your WordPress install. It could be that your files and folders permissions are incorrect. Please see https://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/ for proper setup.

    Also, your FTP credentials are incorrect. Please check.

    my FTP credential is username and password right?
    It is correct I did check again.
    I’m not sure what’s the problem here. There shouldn’t be any problems in WordPress install. Can you guys really help? I just bought the theme and I’ve been struggling for a while now.

    I’m working with the support in my site and they said they just fix the internal server error. However, I can’t still use the X addons as well as demos.
    Could you please help me with this?
