Thanks for writing in and sorry you have experienced the issue. Themeforest handles this from their end. Have you tried contacting them regarding this? This isn’t a usual case, but some things do happen once in a while and ThemeForest does get things sorted when things happen. Of course we are concerned as well, so would mind providing us with additional details and we will forward this to our main team. If this doesn’t get resolved soon from ThemeForest’s end, our team will definitely look into it with them.
