I am trying to register my X theme purchases in order to validate purchases and receive automatic updates.
I have purchased 7 licenses for 7 sites and would simply like to register all 7 and assign the sites to the licenses. The first was successful but now every time I try to add another I get a message, sorry this license is already registered. Can you please contact me to fix this issue.

Thanks for writing in! We’re here to assist you. Are you saying that with all 7 licenses, you have not validated them previously? The only time will get an error like that is if the licenses is validated somewhere.

Note that you can manage keys via your account here on Theme.co, by going to account > licenses.

Would you mind providing the following info via Private Reply

– Purchase/license codes
– current generated API keys for the different sites

Also, please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
