Dear Themeco Team,

First I want to wish you all very Happy New Years of success.

You guidelines that you request in your email to all Beta Testers, are good and fair to follow to anybody who wish to be in your Beta Team.

Last year, I did my part when I enrolled in your Beta program,(as well as MANY Excellent Persons who worked hard all year to test X-Theme and Cornerstone), and I also asked a very important question, but I never received a fair answer.

I would like to write again my concerns about the program, and repeat the question I asked last year.

Every company that offers a Beta program, has some guidelines similar as you requested, and also they offer incentives to Beta Testers.

In your email, I only read your guidelines request, I again agree with them, because they are fair.
But, I did not read anything about incentives to us, the Beta Testers.
Do you think it is fair with us to work hours for your company FOR FREE?

I am not asking for money, as no other Beta Tester would. But I think that it will be fair to get some kind of DISCOUNT from the MAS release (End product to buy).

I wrote last year, that it will be fair to give the option to all Beta Testers to get a 50% discount from the final release of the tested product.

It is important to put rules and guidelines to protect your products and Beta program. As well, it is important to give something to the Beta Testers.
We are working our time and efforts to find a solution, in order for you to get a great product TO SELL. So, you will get PROFIT.
How about us, the Beta Testers?
