Hi,

My site has always worked and now all of a sudden the hero image on revolution slider no longer works on mobile. It shows on the desktop but not on a mobile device? Please help

Hi There,

Your Slider image is loading fine on my Android Phone.

On What browser and device you are experiencing the issue?

Can you try clean your browser cache and test it again?

Hi,

Yes i have tested it on android and it works but it doesnt work on multiple browsers on iphone.

I have also tested on macbook safari and it doesn’t work on there either.

Thanks for writing back. You can add this under Custom > CSS in the Customizer.
```

Hey there,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

Hi there,

I have checked again and seems the code won’t work now. Are you facing this for those [articular slider? Do you have any custom CSS for the slider? Kindly try assigning a different slider and check again. I can’t find a reasonable cause for this.

Hi,

The revolution slider is still not working, i have had to put an image for now but i need the slider to work. I tried installing another slider but when i put the code in a text box on cornerstone nothing shows, i don’t have the knowledge to start editing the theme code etc..

Can you help?
