Hi

I tried to upgrade my theme and cornerstone after few months.

Right now my theme keeps showing version 4.3 and do not show any option to update.

Usually, I was seeing upgrade option in above dialog box. Not anymore. My license is upto date.

I also notice another issue. When I go to “Add On”, I see following error:

Could not retrieve extensions list. For assistance, please start by reviewing our article on troubleshooting connection issues.

#1 Have you validated your product? would you provide us with URL and login credentials so we can take a closer look?
