ChristianModeratorHey there,
Please revoke the license in your site and validate again. See https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/ for validation steps. If that doesn’t help, please disable all third party plugins while we investigate.
Thanks.

JCParticipantHi,
Thanks for your answer ! I successfully revoked the license on my production website, and validated it again. But the procedure doesn’t work on the development website (the site stays activated no matter what). I deactivated the plugins, could you please have a look?
Thanks in advance.

JackKeymasterHi there,
Thanks for writing in!
I’ve checked your site and you’re running the latest version of X, did you manually install it, after you couldn’t auto-update, or is there another update issue happening?
Thank you!

JCParticipantHello,
I did indeed update manually. You’ll see where the problem is if you try to revoke validation from the addons section.
Thanks for your help.

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Could you please try referring to this member’s post (https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/automatic-updates-no-longer-available-after-domain-change/#post-883761).
Hope that helps.

JCParticipantHello,
Thanks for your answer. I have indeed the same issue as the one reported on this post. Unfortunately, the solution described isn’t working for me as I am not able to revoke validation from the “addons area” (my site will stay validated no matter what…). Again, I only have this issue on my development website, everything is working fine on my production site.
Have a nice day,

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thanks for clarifying the issue. Would you mind updating the Cornerstone first to the latest version to make sure that this is not an incompatibility issue. If you’re still get the issue after updating the Cornerstone, please try to switch to a default theme and switch to X|Theme.
Hope it helps, Cheers!

JCParticipantHello,
Thanks for the tip ! As I can’t update automatically (due to my issue with the licence validation), where can I download the cornerstone plugin? Thanks for your answer!

You can manually update Cornerstone. Please follow steps below to manually update the plugin:
1. Download the theme and extract it in your computer, then navigate to x/framework/plugins
2. Extract cornerstone.zip in your computer
3. Login to ftp using filezilla – https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client
4. Navigate to your extracted cornerstone file in local site and navigate to wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins in remote site
5. Upload the unzip cornerstone folder to wp-content/plugins in your remote siteHope it helps. Let us know how it goes.
