Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

It could happen because of an internal caching issue. Could you please try revoking your license and then re-validate to see if that helps. Check the bottom of the X Addons page to revoke your license.
