    Hello,

    i want to ask when if i run the same page on subdomain, but containing woocommerce, is it necessary to have 2 licences? (Its exact content and looks, but it will act as eshop, for security reasons it will run on subdomain)
    And in therms there are mentioned updates. I know support is only for 6 months, but how long i will receive future updates?

    Hi Georg,

    Thanks for writing in! Subdomain is treated as separate domain, so it will require separate license to validate. If you use sub folder then you can use the same license.

    Thanks for writing in!

    The Purchase code will work on a subdomain without any registration so you don’t have to use 2 licenses for that. In order to receive updates, every X-theme purchase offers lifetime free updates. You will receive regular updates of the plugins and X-theme’s upcoming versions for lifetime.

    Hello There,

    Please ignore the 6 month support in Themeforest. As long as you are a member of this community forum and would use X theme in your site, you can always create a thread and ask for support for a lifetime.

    Please keep in mind that 1 license can be used to validate two sites at the same time. We have made this way so that you can simultaneously validate your staging site and your live site. You can make use of this feature by validating your live site and your sub domain site. Please do the following:
    1] Please login to your account and assign the license for the live site and the sub domain site. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license code.
