Hi,

I am uploading the theme both 4.4.2 as well as 4.5 and both themes are getting stuck at about 15-12% during the upload process. This is only the theme file without the documents etc.

I have changed the user.ini in the html folder and have checked the parameters reflect the same via WP dashboard through a plugin. They match.

user.ini contents
max_execution_time = 180;
max_file_uploads=1000;

Please advise as I am stuck due to this issue.

sftp individual files gives some errors on certain files/directories not being created on the server.

This is my second purchase of your awesome, intelligent theme.

Hi there,

Thank you for the information provided. It could be due to your internet connection limitations (probably upload speed). I was able to upload the X theme for you and the Cornerstone plugin via WordPress backend. You will need to validate your X theme by head over to X Addons section to enable automatic updates here onwards.

yes, it was a problem on the ISP. Thanks for providing that lead.

THey have bypassed my site on the firewall (in their own words) and it is going through smoothly.
