gdi2kParticipantWhen I first purchased X, I used it on dev.mydomain.com ot develop the site. Now it is ready, I moved the site to https://mydomain.com
I updated my license to reflect this on the Mange Licenses page; I deleted the dev.mydomain.com site and created mydomain.com site. Everything looks fine.
But automatic updates are disabled – it says “Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.” for all my X related plugins etc.
How can I fix?

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
If you have properly validated your X site, you can easily do the updates by going to https://your-domain.com/wp-admin/update-core.php or WP > Dashboard > Updates. Carefully select which plugin or theme you’d like to update and click the update button. If still you are experiencing a problem. Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the license (http://prntscr.com/as2kp1). Please login to your account and re assign the license to your new domain. And then you need to revalidate your site again by going back to X Addons > Home. This time, you need to insert the license to be able to validate it again.
Please let us know how it goes.

gdi2kParticipantThank you, revoking the license, deleting the site license, then recreating the license re-assigning it solved the issue.
