    Hi,
    I’m trying to access the theme demos shown on: https://theme.co/x/demos/
    Whichever link I click on, I get the following error:
    This site can’t be reached

    demo.theme.co took too long to respond.
    Try:
    Checking the connection
    Checking the proxy and the firewall
    ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

    Screenshot also attached. I have checked my settings & have no issues with any other sites & I cannot access via my mobile devices either.
    Is there a problem with your site? Please advise – thanks 🙂

    I can’t replicate this, demo contents load fine here. Please clear cache and try again.

    Hi THere,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi There,

    I will forward your issue, but that is quite strange, try using incognito mode to access the page or you can install a proxy addon to Chrome or your prefered web browser.

    The page works fine on my end.

    Hi – it works via proxy or VPN as per my previous message.
    It’s possibly an issue with your hosting (I have come across this with other websites in the past) as it’s been fine up until my post on Feb 7th. Security plugins, such as Wordfence, often block certain IP address ranges & cause access issues for genuine users, in which case, the IP address needs to be whitelisted within the plugin if it’s certain there is no threat.

    I’ve checked our firewall and ip tables and there is no ban for your IP.

    Weird – I can view it fine again now. No problems with any other sites!
