One of my sites was hacked and I need to confirm that these files are not necessary for the function of the theme/plugins. Two different plugins have cited them as malicious.
* File appears to be malicious: wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/code.php.suspected
* File appears to be malicious: wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-async/files.php.suspected
* File appears to be malicious: wp-content/plugins/snapshot/css/functions.php.suspected
* File appears to be malicious: wp-content/plugins/x-smooth-scroll/css/site/system.php.suspected
* File appears to be malicious: wp-content/plugins/x-smooth-scroll/views/site/help.php.suspected
* File appears to be malicious: wp-content/uploads/revslider/templates/niceandclean_callout/template.php.suspected
* File appears to be malicious: wp-content/uploads/revslider/templates/particle-effect-three/gallery.php.suspected
* File appears to be malicious: wp-content/uploads/revslider/templates/typewritereffect/db.php.suspected

There is nothing on those files that could be malicious. But I’d suggest to install fresh copy of the plugins as you had some compromise.

No you won´t all your data is stored on the database.
Please access your site via FTP and delete your plugins from wp-content/plugins
After that go back Addons and re-install the plugins.
