    Hi
    I just discovered that I could not upload any media anymore to my website through wordpress.
    It does work manually via FTP.
    And the permissions of the folder are OK: 755
    But uploading via Media/Add new does not work anymore.
    Always get the error: “The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2016/01”
    I haven’t changed anything in particular, except for installing the WPML plugin for translations.
    Any suggestions?

    Hi Erik,

    Thanks for writing in! Have you completed setting up your WPML plugin? If not see if you set it up completely and see if any issues still arise.

    You may also want to check with your host if they see anything on their end.

    If you still have issues, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
