    This is 3rd day of searching for a solution to this error
    have increased ‘memory_limit’ to 256M, other plugins now install ok
    Cannot install ‘Slider Revolution’ or ‘Visual Composer’, ea. get this error

    I downloaded this zip file and tried to unzip it with winzip: and it failed.
    Please make it work.

    Hi harv,

    Thank you for posting in!

    You will find the plugins under /wp/wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins/ via ftp. Extract them one by one and upload it at your site’s /wp/wp-content/plugins/

    If it won’t extract, then your plugin is possibly corrupted and you will have to re-download your x theme from themeforest.

    For the mean time, please provide an admin login so we could see it personally.

    Update,

    I found the original x-theme zip file downloaded to my workstation and extracted the plugins.
    Each plugin was successfully extracted with Winzip and uploaded to the target directories on
    our website where they were activated with no issues. We will now go into testing mode and attempt to build something!
