    I tried switching from .jpg to .png (had no real reason to believe this would work) and it didn’t help.
    The logo shows up, but not the background image. Is this deliberate? I’m using the restaurant template.

    Is that not a screenshot of the desktop version? It shows up on my desktop computer as well. I was referring to it not showing up on a phone.

    Hi There,

    See attached screenshot from a phone.
    The images on the page are showing when when I checked
    Try clearing your phone browser cache.

    Do you guys simply just not care about servicing your product once you sell it? I’ve spent three days on this now and you haven’t even had the courtesy to read my question and lazily give an incorrect response.
    In your own screen shot the background image doesn’t show up. Your looking at the slider images. The background image is where the logo is below it, and it is a blank space, no background image.
    Why does a novice like me know more about this than your support staff?
    How can I ever get anything done if I can’t get one simple question answered?

    Please try adding this custom CSS:

    @media (max-width: 979px){

   background: transparent !important;
}
}
