willpursellParticipantHello,
Sorry I don’t see anything about replacing the blog template with the grid.
I am trying to replace this page http://www.willpursell.com/blog/ that shows my latest posts as well as my tags, Example http://www.willpursell.com/setting/mountain/ to populate with the grid instead of the standard template.
I managed to get it to replace the standard blog using this method https://www.facebook.com/notes/x-theme-users/essential-griddynamically-load-posts-categories-search-results-tags/549727905203621?hc_location=ufi
but tags and taxonomies are not filtered.
Thanks for any help!!!

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating. This would be possible with custom development. Unfortunately it’s out of our support scope. We package the integrated plugin ‘as is’ and can’t control any functionality. So kindly use the features that’s already exists.
Thanks for understanding.

fabiofavaParticipantHello Themeco Staff Folks,
On the page below you say is possible to have The Grid as my index/search/archive:
http://theme-one.com/docs/the-grid/#!/grid_as_template
Below is a Copy/Paste Exactly from The Grid Documentation
“Use The Grid as a template
“You can now with The Grid replace any template which use a main WordPress query.
It means that you can easily replace your index blog page, search & archive template or shop archive page from Woocommerce.
The grid will automatically fetched the right content from these templates and displayed items in the grid.“To replace the index/search/archive templates of your Theme, you need to edit the index/search/archive.php file located at the root folder of your theme:”
What happens is that this documentation is so poor, and those files doesn’t exist for X-Child Theme, so I don’t know even where to start from. Could you please point to more specific instructions on how to make my index/search/archive pages to show one The Grid?
I have a Grid ready to be used, but get lost when implementing index/search/archive.php files.
Please some help?

ChristianModeratorHey there,
That is technically possible however, as said previously, that would require custom development which falls outside the scope of our support as a template file need to be drastically modified. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!
