Hi.
I´m trying to use THE GRID addon. IT great but there seems to be a discrepancy between the list of skins that you can edit and the ones that are available in the grid editor. For example, I can build a grid and use the Malabo skin but it is not available in the skin builder to edit. How can I get the skins to import into the builder?I tried to do as you adviced in another thread :
“Go to The Grid > Import/Export > Click Read Grid demo content > Click Import selected item(s).
Then go to Skin Builder > Import Demo Skins.”But importing the demo grids does not make the full set of skins available, it seems like it just imports random skins and maybe making duplicates.
I also tried to make my own customized skin -but it seems quite advanced and I can´t seem to find much documentation for the job.
Also i tried to add some CSS inside the grid custumizer but it doesn´t seem to work. so i put it in the “normal”x custom css custumizer – and some of it workedMy wish is to remove the + from the current grid on the frontpage (grid name: frontpage 989) and to make the fant smaller so it can be seen/read within the small grid-items
Can u help me :)?Best regards from iben

Thanks for writing in.
You’re right, not all skins are editable. They are built-in skin, you can only use and select them but you can’t edit them. You may try creating the similar skin. It’s plugin standard and not a bug, it’s intentional 🙂
Thanks!
March 7, 2017 at 4:59 am #1397533Hi again.
Thanx for the answer. Ok I think I´ll try and create the similar skin but can´t seem to find much documentation for the job. Could you point me in the right direction? Is there any how to videos or written run-through of the plugin anywhere?

Please check SKIN BUILDER documentation here:http://theme-one.com/docs/the-grid/#!/skin_builder. There are screenshots on the article that will guide you.
Hope this helps.
