I was wondering if the Skin Builder for the Grid is now accessible?And if it is, how I would go about accessing it~ I just cannot seem to find it.

The only thing is, I am pretty sure that everything is up to date, but I still do not see the button to access the skin builder. Is it just something with my hosting? I am just unsure on how to proceed…Thanks

It should work.
When you access your WP Admin Dashboard > and hover The Grid it pop´s up as the second option.
If that does not work, please make sure you have installed the latest version of the plugin available with X.
If that does not work would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / passwordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Hello There,
Thanks for providing the information. Please be informed that the Grid’s Skin builder was only release in the version 2.0. Please make sure that you have the updated plugin. If you are not seeing it, most probably you need to update to the latest version because you may be using an older version.

I’ve updated to the latest version of The Grid plugin, and I can see the Skin Builder link, but it’s asking me to register it. How do I do that? My site is activated/registered with my X theme license, but it’s not letting me access the skin builder like it says I’m able to in your documentation.
Edit: Nevermind I figured it out. You have to update the theme to the latest version.

I am sorry for the delayed response, but from what I can tell, from the downloaded files from Themeforest, the files have been updated.The plug in has been updated using the files from that zip. It does not include the grid 2.0 – I am unsure as to how I am to proceed to get the Grid 2.0. On my wordpress site itself, it says that the Grid does not have any new updates, even though it says the current version says 1.4.0.
From what I can tell, that is the solution – just updating, but without that file I am unsure as to how to proceed.

It looks like the updated didn’t go well as it is still showing v1.4
Please try updating through ftp using the files from themeforest.
