    Team,

The Grid offers an awesome UI friendly look and feel for posts and I currently use it in the site. I’m working on another project to take the custom RSS feed for my site created by another plugin (https://www.wprssaggregator.com/) and have it as the RSS Source for one of my grid options. However, i’m running into a challenge when using the RSS feed created I’m getting an error message.

My RSS Feed: http://snf.codesign.asia/SNFL (note the SNFL is case sensitive)
Attached is error message (XML Error.png)
I also ran through a feed validator and got an attached error.

I reached out to support for WP RSS Aggregator and there is not much they can do with the current RSS generated for my site using their tool.

It would be great if someone could advise how i might “tweak” the XML page for my feed to allow it to be used correctly by “The Grid” for source as RSS.

Also I’ll add that this would be great to advertise to your users as an option to allow them to create a feed from a bunch of feed sources from one tool (WP RSS Aggregator) and then load to “The Grid” to have powerful styling and control over the content which your tool does well!

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello There,

Thank you for posting in! Regretfully, this particular customization request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme and instead has to do with your customization of it. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself. If you have any further questions about the theme, we are more than happy to provide you with assistance on these inquiries.

Please keep in mind the X theme is only used as a theme of your WordPress site. The theme does not modify the feed generated by WordPress. If you want to customize the WordPress feed, please check this out: https://codex.wordpress.org/Customizing_Feeds

    Thank you for your understanding.
