    Hello!

    “The Grid”, intermittently does not load, whereas it will just sit with the Ajax loading Icon twirling away (actually, a pac-man eating 🙂 ). Anyway. I reported this in another thread, and Rad could not replicate the issue at the time.

    However, the problem persists.

    Tested extensively with Google Chrome (version: Version 50.0.2661.75 and later).

    Tested also as Admin, and User. Yes, all cache’s have been cleared on server, and browser.

    I’ve tried to isolate the problem, and can’t. I’m guessing it’s something to do with the actual Ajax script?

    Anyways. Please assist.

    Thanks for writing in!

    I’ve checked this on Chrome and Firefox and haven’t managed to replicate it yet, can I get WP-admin and FTP details please in a private reply?

    Also a few questions:

    1: Has this happened both logged in and logged out?
    2: Which browser versions are you using apart from chrome? For instance can you replicate in Firefox?
    3: Have you tested with all browser add-ons disabled?
    4: You mention site and server based caches, can you let me know the specifics of your caching setup?

    Hi there,

    Another support here and it loads on all my tests in multiple devices and browsers. Perhaps, it’s only specific to your end or connection?

    I’ll keep on checking, though I’m not sure if I’m really able to reproduce it.

    How’d ya’s go? It’s still happening for me. If anything, even more consistently.

    IF it’s actually only affecting me; any ideas why that could be so?
