    Dear forum,

I tried to connect the plugin “The Grid” with my instagram account.
First of all I created my Instagram token, entered the token in the settings of The Grid.
Then, I entered my Instagram username in the source menu.

The result was very frustrating i received the following message:
No content was found for the current username(s) and/or hashtags).

I tried it many times. I need your help! I already tried it with the solutions of the forum.

    Best regards.

    Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! It turns out that you have added the incorrect username. You added the whole url instead. Please check this out:

Please edit your grid and only add the username.

    Hope this helps.

I found the problem! It was a problem of the templates of Grid – the pre-made Grids.
I created a new Grid and it works! 🙂

Gamboo88, I have the same problem, but I didn’t manage to solve it yet. Could you let me know how exactly you managed to display your instagram feed after the “No content…” message?
Thanks in advance and regards from Germany

    Hey Martin,

You can try creating a new grid as he did.

    Cheers!
