    Hi – I don’t see anything recent on your forum about this. I am using The Grid to show Instagram posts on my home page, but I just noticed that it is no longer working. It says, “No content was found for the current ursername(s) and/or hashtag(s).”

    Do you know of any reason for that? I’m up-to-date on The Grid, and have an API key. And it was working not that long ago…

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    There might be some changes in Instagram API standard, I’m not sure but I like to check it first.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials (for checking API RAW result)
    – Instagram API Key

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    That’s so strange (and confusing)! I certainly have not set anything to be private, since it’s for a business. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you trying to get to the bottom of it. You are very kind. Thank you!!!
