    Are you aware that there’s a conflict with The Grid plugin and raw content element?

    Hey there,

    Can you give us more details of the issue? We might have already submitted it to our bug fix list or it might be something that we’re not aware of. Please do try testing for a plugin conflict first. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    hi

    if i have a raw content element and a “the grid” element on the same page. The raw content element won’t load on page view.

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing your site’s URL and admin login credentials in private reply?

    Then please provide the URL that has this issue? raw element is just the same as text element, it could the content that causes the conflict.
