    Hi Guys,
    I searched through all the forums, but couldn’t find any answer:
    I got my API from Instagram, entered it along with my username in The Grid, but I always get the message “No content is found for the current username(s) and/or hashtag(s)”.
    I tried the the API in Essential Grid and it did work, so it has to be something with The Grid. Any ideas?

    P.S.: In the meantime I display my Instagram feed just via links in the sidebar, but I’d really love to work with The Grid…

    Hi Rupok,
    thanks for the reply, but I know that doc and followed it. And it can’t be a connection problem because I can connect via Essential Grid… Any ideas?

    Hello Martin,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look on your grid setup? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Page with GRID
    – GRID with issue

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hello Martin,

    Can you double check your access token? Does the space before and after it really included?

    Well, as I said, the same token works perfectly fine in Essential Grid. When I delete the space before and after it, I get this message: “Sorry, an error occurs from Instagram API: The access_token provided is invalid.”

    I’m clueless…

    Please try testing for a plugin conflict including the Essential Grid. Let us know how it goes.

    Hi Christian,

    thanks for replying. There wasn’t any conflict with any other plugin… I deactivated one after the other but still with the same result…. 🙁

    Hi Rad,

    when I get the toke via the link you provided, I get the message that this API token is invalid. I got my token via the instagram/developer module. I’m absolutely lost…

    Hi there,

    In that case, would you mind providing your Instagram login credentials too? You may change the password once I’m done testing. And please disable two-factor authentication just in case I can’t login.
