    Hello,

    I´ve installed the Addon “The Grid” and it is not activated.
    I have tried the X Purchase code but it didn´t work.
    How can I activate the plugin?

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for writing in! Thanks for writing in! Since The Grid is bundled with the X|Theme, you don’t need to activate it. The plugin functions 100% without license registration.

    Instead, please make sure that you’re X|Theme is validated.

    Try to revoke and re-validate the X|Theme by following the guide provided here.

    I have revoked X-Theme and licensed again.
    But it didn´t work.

    Hello There,

    Please do make sure that X theme and plugins are updated.
    See this link for latest version.

    Hello,

    I have Version 2.1.0 of “The Grid” installed.
    The Link you have posted says that version 2.3.0 is the latest.

    But when I download the package from themeforest and replace the grid in plugin directory nothing changes.
    Still version 2.1.0.

    Hi Alex,

    Sorry, it takes time for themeforest to approve.

    You should be able to update it from the plugins page like this

    I know that I can update PlugIns like this. 😉
    But it is not possible with my setup/infrastructure.
    For this I need the current plugIn files.
