    I am trying to activate “The Grid” plugin and having some issues. I have tried to delete it via ftp and reinstall it but I still get this same error:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/clcrol5/public_html/newsite.clcrolla.com/wp-content/plugins/the-grid/includes/item-skin.class.php on line 45

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    Upon checking your server environment, I see that you’re running PHP v5.2.17. Please ask your hosting provider to update it for you, at least PHP v5.6 or above to avoid most of the incompatibility issues.
