Hello. I’m picking up the development of my site after being away. I am pleased to see all evolution of X and Cornerstone. I like the idea of ‘The Grid’ for my site. What I don’t understand at this point, is whether it is included with X, or if it needs to be purchased? I have installed it and it say that needs to be activated. Thanx in advance. Andrew

I have been using X for a year now. There was not much activity for about six months, but very recently I re-edited all of my pages with X. I’m wondering if this has anything to do with Dream Press who is hosting the site?

Cornerstone 1.2.2
I am a bit confused. When I click on The Grid in my admin column it brings up The Grid page. At the top in red it says ‘Not Activated’. Near the bottom it says ‘Create a Grid’ when I click on this it brings up The Grid and it looks like I can start creating? When I have time I will try. It is just that the ‘Not Activated’ flag is confusing.April 1, 2016 at 9:54 pm #863381Hello Again,
You do not have to activate the Grid. We will be the one in charge to provide the updates for this plugin. Even if it is not activated, you can start create your grid. Most users will ask this about this bundled plugin activation. Please check out our knowledge base to know more how we utilized The Grid in plugin in X. You can check this link:

April 1, 2016 at 10:08 pm #863385Hi there,
“Not activated” are normally displays from bundled plugins. You have the option to activate them by buying a regular license from each plugin’s author. And with that, you can activate the automatic updates and support from them. The update we provide is different from the update they provide, but it’s just the same plugin 🙂
Thanks!
