    Currently, testimonials short code is not yet available. Rest assured that we’re working better to meet our customers need. We will raise that idea to our developers.

    Hi there,

    A shortcode like Promo could be use for testimonials. For demo and examples please check the following link (http://theme.co/x/demo/integrity/1/shortcodes/promo/).

    Also you can add a widget in your footer that can act as a “testimonial” area as you can use regular HTML and CSS with the widget. As for the other posts regarding testimonials, some of our customers make use of third party plugins like (http://wordpress.org/plugins/testimonials-by-woothemes/) to integrate their client’s interaction and add that custom shortcode with their websites.

    3rd this idea! Other themes (like NIMVA) utilize a testimonials section that’s built in and it is AWESOME. Please add this to your list of things, as it’s extremely helpful. It’s one of the only things X Theme is missing!

    Testimonials are about the single most important sales feature on a website. Designed by IT people not sales and business people. Should have been right at the top of any list.

    +1 vote from me. Planning to use X Theme as the framework for all my client sites. A testimonials element/shortcode is a feature we can scarcely live without.

    I just wanted to add my two cents. I found this thread by search for the shortcode for testimonials and was shocked there was nothing. Please, please, please add this ASAP. I know you already know this but, well, I wanted to re-emphasise how important it is! Thanks. 🙂
