    Dear support,

    I need to create a tabbed content. I have done it before and it was working, but after the last update 3.2.3 the tabs are not showing, instead it shows the text for the first tab only. I tried to make them active, inactive, none position, left, right. Nothing seems to be working.

    You may take a look at the private page http://tilinga.com/tabs using 123 password.

    Let me know your thoughts.

    Thank you

    Hello There,

    Thanks for the access info!

    We have noticed that you added a css code that prevents the tab navs from properly displaying on the pages. Please remove or replace this code to resolve the issue. Replacing your code to a specific class would probably solve it. Please add the following css code in the customizer, Appearance > Customize > Custom > CSS

    /*—SHOP—*/
    /* Remove the gaps and borders around review /FB comments */
    . woocommerce .x-nav-tabs {display: none;}
    . woocommerce .x-tab-content {border: none;}
    . woocommerce .x-tab-content .x-tab-pane {padding: 0;}

    Please only add the code if the belongs to a Woocommerce page. Removed it when necessary.

    Please let us know how it goes.

    Hi,
    I am also having this issue. The page currently looks like this: http://framexec.com/welcome/candidates/jobs/
    I displayed fine until recently. I can’t find any css that might explain it. I have the following custom css relating to nav bars:
    .x-nav-tabs>li>a {
    font-size: 14px;
    color: #5b5b5b;
    font-weight:bold;
    }

    Hi there,

    Please move ‘tab nav items’ in the same content band with their ‘tabs’ and check if it solves the issue.
    Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    If it doesn’t help, please open a new thread and provide us with login credentials in private replay.

    Thanks.

    Great, problem solved. Somehow the tab nav items had entered different content bands.

    I am having a similar problem on my desktop using Firefox. The tabs are there, but mousing over them just dims the label text and it seems that there is no link – when you click the tab, nothing happens. I emptied the cache more than once on this site after applying the X update less than an hour ago, so presumably the latest code is being used now, but I see no change in the tabs’ behavior. After reading the posts above, I checked the tab shortcodes to see if there was any inline css or anything else had shifted, but do not see anything unusual or out of order. All the opening and closing tab shortcodes are present. I don’t see why it shouldn’t be working. This is occurring on two pages: http://ashlandarchivalprinting.com/ashland-archival-printing/pricing/ and http://ashlandarchivalprinting.com/ashland-archival-printing/services/ Can you help me troubleshoot this please?

    PS, I checked on my iPhone, an older Android tablet with Chrome and a generic browser, and desktop with Chrome & Safari just now and the tabs are working fine there. Apparently the issue is only appearing in firefox. So strange!

    Hello There,

    Thanks for updating this thread! Upon checking your page, there is a JS error. You may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

    Hello Rue, thanks for your reply. Sorry for my own late reply, I did not receive a notification email on your response. I had flushed the cache numerous times the day I contacted you, which is why I did. However after reading your message I did it again and refreshed the page, and voila! there were the other tabs, functioning beautifully. So I’m good to go, and you’re off the hook! Thanks so much and have a lovely evening,
    Hannah
