    Hello,

I just made a switch from Integrity to Ethos, and have most of the little kinks worked out. One thing I cannot seem to solve is that my main navigation menu has completely disappeared when looking at the site on a mobile device.

Any idea what I might have done wrong?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Thanks for updating the thread! It’s still not coming up on our end. Would you mind checking with your host. You may have your site restricted to certain IP ranges. Our staff are located in different parts of the globe so it may be the reason why you are able to access is an we aren’t.

Let us know how that goes. Thanks!

Oh, in case it helps, I just quickly switched back to the Integrity stack and tested on mobile, and the abbreviated nav menu came through fine, so it does seem to be something with the Ethos stack in particular. Just wanted to add that in case it helps us figure out where the bug might be.

    Okay, this is embarrassing =)

I just double-triple-quadruple checked, and it turns out the menu IS there on mobile. It’s just on a white background, so I couldn’t see it at all.

I am sure there are some instructions here on the forum to fix that — I will try to track them down. Sorry for wasting your time here!
