    Hi,

    I need to repair a woocommerce catalog, and I’m not sure where the proper place to get support for it is. Do I have woocommerce forum credentials, or do I get support here?

    My issue is that the navigation for the product catalog disappeared somewhere between migrating the site and updating plugins. In particular, this section of the page is missing:
    <div class=”woocommerce-subcategories-list”><div class=”mgt-categories-list-wrapper”>
    …</div>/<div>

    Hi Rupok,

    I take it I should ask for support here. That was my first question.

    Sorry I wasn’t clear; I have another version of the site, which has been updated to the latest versions of X Theme and Cornerstone. On that version, the catalog navigation doesn’t appear.

    How would I go about recreating what you see on the http://soundviewglass.com/catalog/ page (there are also sub p

    You can check the X compatible WooCommerce version from here (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/) and then you can download it from the following link (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/developers/).

    WooCommerce is already installed.

    I believe I need to add a widget area to the top of the shop page. The shop page does not appear to be editable by cornerstone, and neither visual composer nor text editor changes are displayed.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hi there,

    #1 Please select shop page under Woocommerce/Setting/Products/Display.
    #2 Enable one of content layouts with sidebar under Customize/Layout and design.
    #3 Follow this link to add sidebar : https://community.theme.co/kb/unlimited-sidebars

    Shop, blog and archive pages are not editable with CS or other page builders or editors as their content generate automatically.
