    Hi support,

    I have read all the articles and instructions onsite about superfly
    but i cannot get it to work. when i hover my mouse, it does not show
    the second level menu. even the icon shortcodes are not showing
    on the menu.

    is there something i miss?

    please help

    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi There,

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    I have tried and deactivated all the plugins except the superfly,
    but still the same issue.

    Hi there,

    You mean the sub-menu in the admin panel? It doesn’t have sub-menu on my installation too, you have to click SuperFly to get into its main configuration page.

    Though yes, I can’t make the SuperFly menu work on the front page either. Would you mind re-installing your SuperFly plugin? Then please backup your site as I’ll deactivate all other plugins for further checking. That process could reset some of your site’s setting.
