    Hello Themco team, I noticed, that the Superfly menu is the only plugin that is not displayed as installed and activated in the X addon overview.

    Please see the following pictures for more info.

    Is that a normal behaviour or should it also be displayed as active?

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing in.

    It’s active on my end. But yes, it displays on Addons page like it’s not yet installed. In that case, please delete you current SuperFly menu and install it again within the Addons page. That’s because, in every version or instance of SuperFly, it uses different folder names. I’m not sure why they do it like that.

    Ok, I tried, it is still the same.

    I will try to disable the plugin and delete the superfly folder via FTP now.

    And also in the Superfly Tab activate it does not say: Your copy of Superfly is validated with your X theme licence.

    Hi there,

    It’s normal since each update, SuperFly uses different folder name. And you don’t have to activate the license since it’s bundled plugin. You’ll need activation if you wish to receive updates directly from plugin author. Since we’re the one who’ll provide the updates then activation isn’t needed.
