    Good Morning. I installed Superfly Menu and made edits, but every time I click save changes in the superfly settings tab nothing its saved, nor does it ever show a loading cursor as if the button link did anything.

    I read where someone else had a similar issue but it didn’t tell me how they fixed the issue because it was either a private reply or perhaps the team went and made changes on the back-end.

    Hi there,

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    If this doesn’t solve the issue, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
