Hello, i get an error with my fresh install of x theme on a brand-new wordpress.

I activated my superfly plug-in and tried to upload a custom iconsets but all i get is an infinite loop and an error in the inspector (see attachment) :
    – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
    – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
[Error] TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating ‘a.responses’)
    success (admin.min.js:6:755)
    i (load-scripts.php:2:27455)
    fireWith (load-scripts.php:2:28215)
    y (load-scripts.php:4:22733)
    c (load-scripts.php:4:26927)
    – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
    – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

The principal error is locating at this line :
    – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
    – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
    var s = JSON.parse(a.responses[0].data);
    – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
    – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
    from this file :
    /wp-content/plugins/superfly-menu-5I6KxJ/js/admin.min.js
    – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
    – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –
It’s seem to be an Ajax and Jquery error.
I also tried the same procedure with deactivating cornerstone plugin.
When i reload the page i get this error :
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (generator.css.map, line 0)
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (dashboard.css.map, line 0)

This bug seems the same as this one :

    cannot upload Superfly icons

I need to fix this bug quickly, so please help.
    Thx.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

Would you mind sharing us also your admin credentials so we could check your setup closer.

Don’t forget to set it as private reply.

Meanwhile, please try to disable all plugins except cornerstone while uploading again.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

Sorry, I hope there is a no misunderstanding … The problem is still present, it was reported in December 2016 by another user and has remained without technical answer since.

This is currently under investigation and there’s no specific time of this issue will get fixed. For now, what you could do is to try testing from another web host. Try setting up a free dev site at pantheon.io and see if you can upload icons to Superfly.

    Thanks.
