Hello,
I have installed the App SumoMe on my site. The highlighter part of this app is not working properly. After contacting their support department they determined the following:
“Looks like for whatever reason your codes are getting injected 2×. Id recommend getting in touch with a Developer who can take a look at your site and find out why.”
I did delete the App directly from the server and reinstalled it with the very same results. I hope you can assist me in fixing this. 🙂

First you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
We do not provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
