    Hello,
I am an avid user of the X theme and I absolutely love it. However, I do have a suggestion for a future update to the theme.

On every site that I set up with X that will make use of a blog. I always have to do work to alter the way the Category Archive pages look. I want the title at the top to just be what I named the category. Having the words Category Archive at the top is unnecessary for my needs and I would like to have the subject of the category be on full display.

Previously, this involved changing a file in a Child Theme, and I see now that the information can be altered in the Category section of the Dashboard. However, this still means that for every category I create, I have to go into the sub-page that is created for that category and tell it that I want the title to be the name of the Category. On some sites, that is very simple, but for others that have several different categories, it makes for a lot more work than the original work of adding a child theme and altering the Landmark_header file.

Here’s what I would like to see in the future: In the “Blog” section of the Customizer, make a dropdown that can offer a few different ways for the Category Archive header to look.
    Some examples could be:
Simple (Just the category name set as the title of the page)
Simple with Subtitle (Category Name with the Subtitle line)
Category Archive: (the default way the site is now)
and that’s just to name a few ideas.

I hope that this is something that can be worked into future updates. As I said, I love the X theme and I recommend it to anyone that asks, but if this was in there, it would be that much closer to perfect.

Thanks very much for your time,

    Hey Dylan,

We certainly appreciate the feedback! This is something we can add to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive. Thanks!
