RubinKeymasterHi There,
did you update your X Shortcodes plugin to the latest version 2.0.8 as well as our X theme to 1.7.5?

Greg MParticipantsame problem here. submenus only show up in icon. They do not appear if i choose integrity or renew. I have a new install of the tempalte (on an existing site) and i’ve verified that he x shortcodes and theme are up to date.

William YParticipantSubmenu is not working or displaying… I have seen some other people submitted the kind of ticket and they were not responded to. I’m wondering if is a known issue that you’re working on to fix…

SupportMemberHi there!
I checked the website and the submenus are working fine. Please try to remove browser cache then reload the page a few times.
Cheers,

Greg MParticipantHi Ismael,
Thank you for taking a look : )
I had temporarily changed the stack to icon (because it was the only one that had the dropdown submenus functioning)
I checked again in Safari on a tablet, chrome & IE 10 (windows 8) and i can not see the drop down menu from the main menu in the header. Could you please take another look?
btw, i can see the dropdowns when i’m in the admin panel and using the customizer.

SupportMemberHi,
Looks like there is a script error from cf7 plugin. Have you tried disabling the plugin?
Please add this on Customizer > Custom > CSS field.
.sf-menu li:hover ul, .sf-menu li.sfHover ul { top: 75px; display: block; left: 0 !important; }Regards,
