hi there,

i am sorry if this has been ask before. My case, a tiny bit different as i have search the forum but had no answer.

I have initially installed my site as a ‘single site’

but now i want to change it to a ‘multisite’

so i thought of doing a subdomain on the main site to a multisite.

anyway i have just installed the subdomain

http://www.demo.brandcastmedia.com.com.au

and it asked me to buy another liscense

The task of converting a single site to a multi site on WP is beyond me knowledge. Is there a possibility if you could help me to set up a subdomain site without buying another licence as it is still under one domain URL?

or converting a single site to a multisite on the same domain?

We’re sorry but a sub-domain is considered a separate site. If you’re developing on a sub-domain, you can activate your license for a development environment. See https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/. If live, you need to buy another license.

Setting up a multisite is outside the scope of our support.
