Hi There,
If you would that the pictures are dynamically generated based on your Instagram content you will need to look for a plugin that offers that functionality. Unfortunately I could not recommend any, you may consult with our Facebook Group X Theme Users that counts with more than 10.000 active users, I believe someone there will be able to suggest something like this.
If you would like to have a static image you can edit an image on Photoshop .
Add a text widget to your side bar area and ad a Title and the image below.
