    Hi,

    I recently purchased the theme X.
    While uploading to my WordPress site, it freezes for hours at “Installing Theme” screen.
    Kindly advise a solution!

    If it doesn’t help, you can upload your theme via FTP. So, simply extract the X theme .zip file (it should only have one folder, named “x”) and upload it to your “wp-content/themes/” directory. After that, you can go back to your admin panel and under Appearance > Themes page, activate the X theme.

    Thanks for sharing, the article didn’t help much, but managed to upload theme using FTP.
    Just fyi, I could upload and install other premium theme, without any issue.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating the thread! Most likely it may have been a size upload restriction that needs to be uploaded. X comes with some bundled modified plugins that come within the theme install, but glad you got it to work!
