Hello,
I have a site at inklingdesignteam.com and this site has been abused. I had a developer build the first build. He screwed me and I had to reset it to gain control. Then I began building it with Avado, but it was too many options to keep track of. So I came back to X to build and I just feel like there might be a lot of excess HTML/CSS/queries and such going on that is slowing my site.
So my question is: is there a way I can reset the site without losing what I have currently done with X? Or can I use my developer tools on my computer and trash some of the excess lines of code that seem to be useless? Thanks for any advice.

Thanks for writing in! As you mentioned you are not a designer (or developer) so I think you are a bit confused about that. You have sent the whole generated source code that generated by WordPress and the theme and I am not really sure what make you think that it’s excess HTML/CSS/queries. X already minify the scripts so you don’t need to worry about the source code.
However if you are concerned about performance, then you can follow our Performance article.
