SamuelParticipantI just can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong :S
Copy the embed code from soundcloud.
Add the Embedded Element in Cornerstone.
Paste the embed code into the embed code box.N then nothing happens and I’m also unable to save..
Hmmm
Can you help?

ChristianModeratorHey Samuel,
The embed code box is empty (see attachment). Please add your code or post it here so we could test it on our test site. If you’re sure you’ve inserted it in the box, your site might be under a multisite install. In that case, you could not add embed code from third party sites. That is a WordPress limitation. Only super admins could embed code.
Thanks.

SamuelParticipantWell this is the problem, once I enter the code into the box I’m able to click save, but when I try to leave the page, it tells me “You have not saved any changes!”
So THAT’S why the box is still empty.
This is the code I’m trying to embed..
<iframe width="100%" height="166" scrolling="no" frameborder="no" src="https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https%3A//api.soundcloud.com/tracks/110713817&color=dd0000&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false"></iframe>Hope you can help!

FriechModeratorHi There,
Please update your PHP and MySQL version to 5.6 or higher as WordPress Requirements, currently you have v5.4. You can contact your hosting to assist with this.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

SamuelParticipantI believe I’ve had those updated, but I’m still unable to save when trying to use code in the Embedded Audio element.
Hmmm..

JoaoModeratorHi There,
When in Soundcloud > Click Share > Embbed > Select WordPress code and copy the shortcode.
Let us know how it goes,

SamuelParticipantAre you asking me to paste the shortcode into the Embedded Audio element, as I did with the regular code?
I’ve just tried that, pasting the wordpress shortcode into the Embed Code box, and all it does is write it onto the page as it would if I were using the Text element.
This is the shortcode I’m using..
[soundcloud url="https://api.soundcloud.com/tracks/110713817" params="color=dd0000&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false" width="100%" height="166" iframe="true" /]March 8, 2017 at 10:00 am #1399194
RupokMemberHi there,
Shortcode version should be used within Text Element. However your embed code works fine on my setup – http://prntscr.com/ehi9gg
Let’s try on another page maybe?
Cheers!
