Hello again Xers; I perceive that something went terribly wrong with the last X update, as I’m trying to modify my site (among others) and it’s giving me a really hard time to load and it sends me an error related with a script that took too much time to execute.
Initially I thought that my Internet connection was faulty, but everything else was loading without any issue (email, social networks, ftp, etc.), so I tried with different places, and the problem persist.
I beg you to check it out, as I completely rely on X to sell responsive sites to my customers.

I’ve checked your site, but I couldn’t replicate any unresponsive issue. Would you mind confirming the issue again? If you are still experiencing it, would you mind giving us more detail on we can replicate it on our end or perhaps provide us with a video?

April 1, 2016 at 12:18 am #862050Ok, my specific problem is that I can’t make any change on my Home Page, it seems somehow corrupt, and I don’t understand how to fix it because it was working just fine on Monday, previous to the update. Despite any responsive comment, although the site seems to be working, I can’t use CornerStone anymore.
JJApril 1, 2016 at 12:54 am #862087I’m gonna try reinstalling X, so please tell me how to do it, I just want to over write it. I guess I have an idea about how to do it, but I don’t want to screw it up.
JJApril 1, 2016 at 1:23 am #862116Hi There,
There are 2 ways to reinstall your X theme. You can overwrite it using FTP. By overwriting x folder in your themes or you can remove or delete the X theme in your wordpress then reinstall it again.
Hope it helps.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
April 6, 2016 at 11:52 am #869654Hello again guys; I’m still fighting with the same issue, I can’t perform any modification to my site pages. I’ve tried Home (Inicio), Servicios (Services), etc. and I just can’t. I receive the error message attached to this post; also the CornerStone dashboard shows a message about no changes being saved when I want to exit CS, but I didn’t make any.
Please help! I can’t go forward making changes that I really need, plus I’m very nervous about providing X to my customers.

You may have suffered PHP memory limit exhaustion. We recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */
We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.
April 10, 2016 at 12:55 am #874832Hi again; the problem remains the same. I have a question for you, when yo access my administration dashboard, do you see the problem that I describe? I mean, is it happening to you also? I’m wondering if it’s a WP + X problem or it’s something else. Please try to access my Inicio (Home) page, without making any changes, and let me know.
JJApril 10, 2016 at 9:06 am #875206Hi there,
I’m sorry you’re still having issue.
Yes, I was able to replicate the issue on your end. I just imported homepage template to my installation and CS started to work perfectly.
In this case please contact your host provider and ask them to increase the PHP memory limit.
Let us know how it goes.
April 10, 2016 at 8:05 pm #875737Dear Christopher and other Xers; thank you for the support provided to resolve this issue, after exahustive tests performed on mi side, and with your helpful confirmation above, I can tell you that there is NO issue within the X Theme, this is completely related to my hosting provider and I will fix it with them… or leave them.
Thanks again for your commitment, I’ll keep using X for a while. Consider this issue closed please.
